Welcome to my appointments page. I’m glad you’re here. There are several choices below. If you are new to working with me, please consider beginning with the free discovery session.
Discovery Session
This is a free 15 minute call designed to get to know each other, share what brings you here, and ask any questions you may have.
Investment – Free.
Initial Session - Intake
Once we have had a discovery call, we will start our work together with a 90-minute initial/intake session. During this session, we will discuss your history, background, goals, needs, and priorities to get to know each other better. We will then create a plan or practice.
Booking your first first continuing onward/follow-up session one week after this initial consultation is recommended.
Investment – $110.00.
Getting Started Bundle
To help you get started towards your goals, we offer a 3 session Getting Started bundle that includes
- 1-90 minute initial (intake) session along with
- 2-60 minute continuing sessions
- 1-30 minute 1 check-in session
for an investment of $270.00. (Regular price $314.00) Contact Annie to find out more.
Continuing Onward
30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute sessions are available for continuing and established students/clients.
Choose the type and length of appointment that best suits your needs. I look forward to seeing you again, soon.
– 30 minute check-on sessions are perfect to check in, catch up and make sure practices and suggestions are working as intended.

– 90 minute sessions are perfect when we see each other only 1x per month. This gives us time to catch up, address new and existing health or practice questions and go over a new practice. Perfect for mentees who wish to meet 1x per month.
